What do you have to do before going to sleep to sleep comfortably?
I need some kind of running noise (fan, loud heater, AC, etc - silence makes me uneasy), no socks, and absolutely no lights in my room or in the hallway to go to sleep (a little nightlight in the kitchen is sufficient since my room is right next to it).
Lights off, no socks, shorts + t-shirt, door slightly cracked open, closet and drawers shut, slightly cool temperature, blanket pulled up to chin, on left side, one pillow fluffed to perfection, some type of background noise playing quietly (tv, computer, music) and completely empty bladder

I forgot the bladder one. If I don't go to sleep within like 3 minutes of peeing, I have to pee again.
A nice hot cup of tea. Once I lie down, if my tv is still on, I have to have something good on. I don't know why, but I like falling asleep with something good on the tv. For the most part, I just turn off everything. Darkness & no noise.
The only way I'll sleep comfortably is if I'm hella tired
There's no light, silence or any **** like that can that help. If I'm tired I'll sleep like a baby, if I'm not I'll probably fall asleep at 4 AM even if I decide to go to bed at 11 PM.
But I usually don't like to be the last person awake on my house. I guess that counts, I feel unprotected
