It has a storyline about a depressed boy who decides to leap off a building. As he falls, his family and friends fall with him. Through the course of the falling, they try to overcome the problems being faced, and eventually bouncing back up (like the title of the song). It has a Suicide Hotline at the end of the video on television airings.
