nnn complete flop but lemme finish this like I planned to, with my worst list! It's not as fun or eloquent as I hoped, because I don't really feel like putting in the effort I had planned to put in originally
VESPERTINE'S WORST THINGS IN 2013!
10. No Doubt being lazy lying BASTARDS! First they promise a summer 2013 tour, then they decide they want to spend the summer recording music so they cancel the tour, THEN they decide to take a "short break" in May yet never actually end the break, THEN GWEN GETS KNOCKED UP! New No Doubt album 2023, here we come  (congrats on the baby tho Gwennie, I'm legit excited for you )
9. My babe Louis spent 2013 in the closet still 
8. UN-CON-DISH-UH-NULL-EE assaulting my ears.
7. The Office, Fringe, and 30 Rock, some of my favorite shows ever, all finished their final seasons in 2013
6. Born This Way Ball cancellation. I had tickets for Boston I have still never seen ha live
5. Robin Thicke's clothes at the VMAs. Get a better/more honest tailor, sis.
4. We didn't find out Liam was a homophobe until 2014, but now that I know I spent all of 2013 thirsting after an honorary WBC member...

3. Adele's Skyfall winning the Golden Globe for best original song over Taylor's masterpiece Safe & Sound How could THAT win BEST SONG?
2. Eminem's continued existence. The world's favorite misogynist and homophobe strikes again. What would make me happy, you ask? If someone decided to strike back. With a brick to his untalented head. I considered putting this at #1, but Eminem doesn't deserve to be #1 on anything. Luckily, he's incapable of being #1 on the Hot 100 without Rihanna's help, so with any luck I won't hear any other Eminem songs for awhile

1. Oh Gaga, topping another list! Slay. ARTFIASCO. I love the album, still adore Gaga, but the concept itself just fell flat. The app is a glorified gif-maker. The missing DWUW video. The flop sales. The meltdowns. The #ARTPOPmemeParties.

I was hoping Skyfall would be your worst thing, I would co-sign that in a second.
Apart from Adele's snub as the worst thing in music2013, it's a good list.
