Faisal Durrani was general manager at Parkwood, she manages herself in the sense that she makes all of the decisions, total autonomy - but obviously she doesn't have time to handle all of the requests, emails etc personally

I worked in artist management at a fairly big firm, and the day-to-day management is what counts IMO....they are the ones making things happen. The main manager/owner (Beyonce in this case) would do final approvals...but someone has to setup these deals...and do footwork. Beyonce does not have time for that.

I'm not saying she has NO voice in her career, just that she doesn't have time for making deals, etc.

Her fans aren't stupid enough to believe management means doing all the things by oneself.
