Technically the answer is Mariah ,her vocal style influenced so many female pop stars from Christina to Kelly to Beyonce to Rihanna and even the newer girls like Ariana. Not to mention her popularizing the whole pop girl/rapper combo that's been a staple of pop and hip and hop for the past 2 decades. But out of all the poll options I would go Beyonce. Britney is also a strong contender but I don't feel that her impact is long lasting.
Britney came close, but she didn't have longevity. So the only correct answer from that list is Beyoncé, hell even Madonna called her Queen Bey and came to her concert.
