Omg, I never thought about that! There's are probably already plans about making weed cigs tbh but maybe that's why the government has been holding out on legalizing it because a lot of kids smoke cigarettes so if they started making weed cigs kids would start walking in to school high, adults would always be high. Think about the people that smoke cigs and drive, if you replace that with weed cigarettes it becomes dangerous.

Any smoke is hard on the vocal chords and over time, with significant use can degrade someones singing voice. It really comes down to how much/how long they smoke (of anything) and probably genetics. Whitney is a classic case of vocal chords being destroyed by extremely heavy smoking.
