#2 because it's literally just right under #1. Thank goodness my fave only has 2 #2 peaking singles (Pon de Replay and Run This Town) and has managed to notch 13 #1 hits.
#11. Although it kinda sucks for a song to get stuck at #2, that still means that the song was a huge smash. You can still call it a top three, top five, or top ten hit. With number 11, all you can do is call it a top twenty hit, which really doesn't sound impressive or do the song justice to how close it was to hitting the top ten.
As a person who stans for Alicia, I was hoping Girl On Fire (as much as I don't really care for the song) would go top 10, but I remember it peaked at 11 and that was that. I was so pressed.
