A lot of teenagers do, yes. I'm not condoning it, but it happens.
If the U.S. wants to legalize marijuana, it'll have to deal with the fact that people are going to break the law for it. Prescription drugs? There are millions of people on medication, even members on here have admitted they take such for depression. Attacking a limousine driver? Well, no one can speak on that seeing as they've probably never seen one, let alone been in a situation where they're one of the most famous popstars in the world and had to deal with the harassment he does.
I won't name names, but there are plenty of celebrities who have been arrested for attacking the staff that assist them.
It's been blown out of proportion, as usual, because he's Justin Bieber. Concentrate on the real criminals in the world.
