What is your opinion about lip-syncing? Would you stan for someone who does it or you don't care as long as you know that he/she can sing live? Vote and discuss
I really couldn't care less except when its done by someone who is seen as being more respectable by others, it kind of rubs of the wrong way , but I sometimes understand why they have to do it ......
I stan for Britney : The Queen Of Lip-Syncing... or course it can be justified
I used to be a Britney fan but not so much anymore, her lipsync cant be justified though, I would never go to see her live because she doesn't sing :-(
It didn't bother me before when she was dancing a lot
Mariah's high notes are always mimed, it's almost like she's trying to fool the world that she can sing, I don't agree with it and I don't think it's justified, especially because she's known for her vocal abilities and she doesn't dance at all on stage, I find her lipsync particularly embarrassing.
We all saw how she sounded live with Miguel, it was pure comedy.
I hope my post is not offending the lamas, this is truly how I see things
I think lip syncing in general is embarrassing, I love live vocals even when they don't sound the best.
I think Katy should have on her Wide Awake performance on the Grammys :P
but there's nothing wrong with it. Some artist just can't sing and dance at the same time.
Example: Adele.
If Britney does it, then it's fine.
Respect the Queen.

You know it's bad when people can't even tell what song you're trying to sing
Even Legend X and her fellow legendary vocalists have lip synced in the past, so yes it is justifiable in SOME cases.
The dancing excuse is only valid if the artist is dancing well, lbr.
