This isn't a career competition, this between the shows and Raven was much more iconic. Straights always hated Hannah but they loved Raven.
I loved both, but Miley was like super huge, she was EVERYWHERE. not only on TV, but movies, soundtracks, merch, cups, plates, like literally everywhere. ALL related to Hannah Montana.
Raven was really huge on TV tho (had movies but they were not related to That's So Raven)
Wizards of Waverly Place holds the 2nd most watched spot on Disney Channel history with their movie (after HSM2) and its finale holds the record for highest ratings for a Disney channel show finale ever.
But to answer your question, HM made more of an impact than TSR, BUT TSR is far more memorable.
