So either
A) Mike will have to move to New York while Hilary is shooting so that the joint custody works.
B) The show will have to move to Los Angeles for the same reason as A.
C) Luca will not move to NY with Hilary and she will likely not see him until weekends or something of that nature.

The C choice sounds much more practical tho it might be hard for Hil to do. Theres her mom and her sister to look after and also Mike ofc. A nanny can help them out too.
