I thought the highest number for albums whose songs were performed on the Grammys would be at least 150k. But increase is increase, so I will take that.
I think the AOTY winner for this year is to blame. It had very little impact beyond that one song and people found it too unexpectedly when it won. If someone who had more impact throught the year like Macklemore,Lorde,Katy( ), or even Beyonce had won it the sales would have gone up significantly for them. Then again it could also be due to the timing since this year the awards were held in January intead of normal feb
