Let's go through this:

4. Footprints were NEVER tested for blood. They tested it with Luminol and thought it was blood, but they never did the required tests for blood.

5.The SC criticized the defense but did not reject the INDEPENDENT experts report saying that there was contamination and that DNA results are unreliable. These experts weren't working for the defense or prosecution. They were appointed by Hellmann and exposed many mistakes done by previous team.

6. The scream and Lumumba. It's still the strongest thing they have.

IF I'm not mistaken, the site I got those from is pretty non-biased and it's basically a summary of the points raised by the Italian Supreme Court that they felt needed to be adressed:

"1. The high court adamantly dismissed the defense theory that Guede acted alone. In their reasoning, they pointed to the fact that Kercher suffered more than 40 knife wounds and lesions to her body, including handprint bruises from what appeared to be different-sized hands and tiny knife pricks on her palms, as if she were protecting herself from a taunting knife.

2. Their ruling clearly states that evidence implies that “more than one person was involved in Kercher’s murder.” They wrote that the appellate court “greatly underestimated” the probability of Knox and Sollecito’s involvement."

3. The high court did acknowledge that the Perugia police erred in collecting evidence, adding further complication to the investigation, but they say those mistakes did not cancel out the totality of the evidence, especially since the same evidence and crime scene were used to securely convict Guede. The clasp from Kercher’s bra that had been cut from her body was collected six weeks after the murder occurred, even though it had been identified on surveillance video taken by police within the first few hours. The tiny metal clasp had traces of DNA attributed to Sollecito. The appellate court ruled that such sloppy police work led to contamination, but the high court said that the contamination had to be proven specifically, not generally.

Etc, etc. So yeah my comment that you replied to, was just a summary of the ruling of the supreme court.

The author of this article is Barbie Letza Nadeau, a long time Amanda Knox hater. Her book, "Angel Face, The Real Story Of Student Killer Amanda Knox" was heavily biased and what's worse, they're now making a movie based on it.

Barbie throughout the years reported for the prosecution and claimed that Knox and Sollecito are guilty. Although, lately she stepped down, most proably beacuse of the movie where Kate Beckinsale will play her.

Anyway, there were no 40 knife wounds. There were only three knife wounds and one of them was fatal. She had bruises and she didn't have the defense wounds, but I think (and her defense too) that a tall guy (like Guede) with a knife can overpower any girl. No one can speculate why there's no defense wounds while we don't know the dynamics of the murder, apart from the fact that Guede's DNA was on her clothes and in her body and his DNA was on her purse close to the knife imprint on the sheets.

As for the bra clasp, the defense explained that to the judges three times now, you can't use this as evidence as it was found, lost and then found again with DNA of Sollecito on it, along with 5 other unidentified people. The independent expert, while on the stand, said that as far as she's aware, judges DNA also might've been on that clasp. That's how contaminated it was.

Having said that, I'm sure they will be convicted in less than 5 hours.

I have to say also that it's fairly difficult to find an unbiased site. Some of them are strongly pro innocence and some pro guilt. Although, since I'm sure they're innocent, it's hard for me to refer to pro innocent sites as biased. I always link to http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/ , since it's the biggest site devoted to their fight for freedom.
