He is known by many as the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman.
But Jared Leto has finally started getting some serious recognition for his 20-year acting career after revealing he has won more than 30 awards for his latest role in Dallas Buyers Club.
Speaking on The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw, Jared – who shot to fame in 1994 teen drama My So-Called Life – said: ‘I don't want to sound like a jerk right now but someone told me yesterday that I've won over 30 awards for it already. I didn't even know there were 30 awards to win.
I'm not even surprised to be honest. When you're watching the movie, it feels more like a documentary, he's LIVING that character's life. Absolutely incredible.
So happy he's receiving all that praise he deserves. He's always really into his roles and Dallas Buyers Club is a pure example of that. Get this Oscar <3
