Justin Bieber has disappointed a lot of people with his recent arrest and bad-boy behavior, and none more so than the guy who gave him his big break in the music industry – Usher.
He may have taken a step back from mentoring Bieber recently – after discovering him in 2009 – but last weekend (Jan 25) Usher wasted no time in flying over to Panama to tell Justin how angry he is that he’s on the verge of ruining everything he’d help build for the teen heartthrob.
The usually cool, calm and collected 35-year-old jetted off to the Central American country on Saturday to confront Justin following last week’s arrest for drag racing and DUI, and didn’t hold back in pointing out that the 19-year-old was “f***ing” his career up.
Apparently, Justin had “no idea” that Usher was coming to see him — and what Usher had to say when he got there totally threw him for a loop.

t“Remember when I took a chance on you and brought you into the music industry? Don’t make me regret that,” Usher told Justin according to a Hollywood Life source.
“You’ve got a lot of people depending on you and a whole lot of youngsters out there who look up to you. You’ve got the world on a string. You’re fu**ing it up.”
But it wasn’t just a lecture Usher gave the ‘Confident’ singer – he also tried to make Justin realize he had a drug problem and offered to support him in whatever decision he made regarding rehab.
“Usher didn’t put any conditions on whether Justin should go to rehab. He knows he can’t force him to do anything,” the source explained. “He just told Justin that if he can’t get his life together by himself then he would be there no matter what to support him.”
Earlier this week, Billy Ray Cyrus invited Justin and his dad Jeremy Bieber to come and stay at his farm, in the hopes that it will help the teen escape from the media and appreciate a normal life.
“I would invite him down to the farm, hang out at the teepee. Build a fire, you know, get some four-wheelers out and watch the hawks, and the turkey. Count the deer, and just get back to life for a little bit,” Billy Ray told Entertainment Tonight.
“Actually that is my invitation to Justin. Bring your dad, come on down to the farm, and let’s just build a fire and just talk about it.”
