Yessss at them shooting next week! I need her to channel B&B with some glasses thrown in.

I want her to look how she looked in Beauty & The Briefcase also, with the show being about women working in a publishing firm, I am pretty sure Hilary will have colorful looks and that is always a positive thing to me because I think she looks better in color than just black. Plus, with Darren Starr at the helm of the show, I feel like fashion will be important to all of the characters, so B&B is the look Hilary should have.

I have a really strong feeling that this show will get picked up, also do y'all think they're only shooting the pilot in NYC and the rest in LA if it gets picked up? I honestly don't see hil moving to NY.

NYC seems like a big part of the show tho.

I thought about this earlier when I was in class because I was bored. I feel like she would just get a nice apartment if the show gets picked up and it films in New York, we know Hilary has the money so that is not really an issue, the only issue will be how Luca is going to get taken care of if she films in New York and I think there may be two choices: 1) Susan could move to NY with her while she films or 2) She simply hire a nanny for when she is onset and is filming and cannot be with Luca. With the book being set in New York and Darren being at the helm, I am pretty sure he is going to want them to film it in New York.

It'll be interesting to see indeed. Don't forget that Hilary and Mike agreed to joint custody of Luca and I'm pretty sure they will not be too keen on having to fly him back-and-forth. Pilots have done that, where they shoot in one area and when the show gets picked up they move to another area. The reasons why that might not be the case this time around is Darren Starr and the lead actress is also firmly based in New York.

So either
A) Mike will have to move to New York while Hilary is shooting so that the joint custody works.
B) The show will have to move to Los Angeles for the same reason as A.
C) Luca will not move to NY with Hilary and she will likely not see him until weekends or something of that nature.

We'll see. I don't know if I like the idea of Hilary moving to NY

Yeah I'm not the BIGGEST fan of that either, but whatever makes her happy makes me happy.
