"Well, I've been working a lot with the producers that I did my last album with Harmony Samuels and Babyface and The Rascals and Tommy Brown. But, I've also been working with new producers like Max Martin; he's amazing. I love working with him. He's like a mathematician. He knows music like math. It just makes sense to him," she added. "And, Savan [Kotecha] and Benny Blanco and Ryan Tedder. I'm so excited. I'm very excited too."

Grande also broke down what her recording sessions have been like with OneRepublic lead singer, Tedder, who has previously penned a number of chart-topping hits for the likes of Beyonce and Kelly Clarkson. "We cut two songs together already. And he's amazing," she said.

In addition to cooking up tunes for her new album, she'll also appear on a track for another artist. But, unfortunately, she wouldn't say who that special artist is. "And I just had a meeting yesterday with an artist that I love. I'm not allowed yet, but he asked me to feature on a song of his and I'm very excited about that. It's an unexpected collaboration but I think that's what makes it so cool," she teased. "I don't want to say anything until it's recorded."
