Toni Braxton has reportedly purchased a multi-million dollar house next door to Justin Bieber, just months after closing her bankruptcy case.
Braxton allegedly bought a $3 million mansion in Calabasas, Calif., in the exclusive gated community where Bieber lives, The Oaks, according to TMZ. The 5,323-square-foot house boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool.
During a 2012 interview with ABC News, the 46-year-old blamed her money woes on bad music deals and a home-decor addiction.
In July, Braxton settled her bankruptcy case by paying $150,000 to the trustee, TMZ reported.
she never was ACTUALLY broke.. It doesn't really work that way.
Filing for bankruptcy is a chance of getting out of debt, by offering a single one lump sum. It leaves you with no credit, but whatever you do have you keep and pay the settled amount.. Its basically kind of like insurance in a sense..
So all these bitches thinking she has ever been broke.. WRONG. She might of had to publicly disclose it in the past, but her bank account is still pretty much healthy tbh.

She had assets but her debts were much greater Like $20M in debt vs. like $1M in assets
3 Million is actually pretty low for that neighborhood, and that house looks extremely modest. Two car garage...does it even even have a second floor? Don't know why they called it a mansion.
Does she never learn And soon she'll be forced to give up the house because she is unable to keep up with house payments and she'll probably file for bankruptcy yet again
