Jonathan Banks has joined Bob Odenkirk in Better Call Saul, AMC/Sony TV’s upcoming prequel to Emmy-winning Breaking Bad that centers on Odenkirk‘s unflappable criminal lawyer Saul Goodman. He's been so hilarious on Community (and is only going to get funnier now that there will be more focus on him through the rest of the season), that I have no doubts he will be stellar as ever here. Scene-stealer Mike!
Not sure how I feel about a prequel... I kind of wish that they had just left it alone. Even though Saul is great, I have my doubts about how this is going to work... Breaking Bad was truly great, and I just feel like that might be ruined...
