I don't care about fashion though. I'm just here for the music. I think I just prefer female voices just like most girls prefer male voices (which is why a guy always wins AI).
I do like a lot of rock bands like Hinder, and Imagine Dragons though.
And Drake and Eminem
There's exceptions. There's just not an interesting male performer, especially in pop, currently.
The reason why most of the current ones seem boring it's because they don't take risks.
You have either the 'serious musician' who comes off as too stubborn or the one who just puts out songs about f*** b****** and going to the club who only has some bops but you know you wouldn't touch his album with a ten feet pole.
Bring an interesting male artist who can make massive pop music a la MJ and this site will be stanning.
For all i care. I only want their music and their performances to slay me. Even if i tried i couldnt care less about their personal lives, other than they are okay and enjoying themselves
I don't think they're boring I just think the main focus is always the music for them. Society allows females to be more versatile than males for some reason. A male can't dabble between femininity and masculinity like a female can...for some reason.
Personally, I prefer female singers because their voices are more pleasing to me, but I would never turn down a male singer if he has good music.
