Details regarding Adele's album to be announced soon
Arjan Writes, who works for Grammy.com, interviewed Ryan Tedder last night about Adele's album (http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=501827), and apparently he told Writes more than what was originally stated. I Tweeted to him:

IKR! I ALREADY TWEETED HIM AND I WAS LIKE, "CAN'T YOU TELL ME NOW?!?!?!?" I'm thinking that if that's the case, we're going to find something out tonight.
Hopefully we'll get some news tonight. Ryan Tedder and Paul Epworth will both be there, and both of them have supposedly worked on the album. It's still unknown if Adele will be there or not. Regardless, this guy could spill tea tonight too. I think we're getting some major news!

Yes we'll be gettign some news before and after the Grammys. I hope Epworth does a few interviews!

Yeah, Ryan has spilled a lot of tea, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Paul be on the lead single, so... I'd love to hear what he has to say, he probably worked a lot on this album. And maybe if we're lucky, Adele will do some interviews if she shows up!
