It's pretty stupid. What they mean is a feminine speaking voice. And while the stereotype is true in most cases, it''s just kind of insulting to both feminine gay men and women...

It's just the stereotypical voice, think of all the prissy monsters that stalk Gaga (like Maikeeb) and say yaaaaas and you'll hear that "accent."

I don't have one.. My voice is pretty masculine and deep.

It means you have a voice where its easy to tell if you're gay.

It's not just "feminine" or "masculine" because tons of masculine gay guys have a gay voice it's not a bad thing

I have different variations of my voice. It is deeper sometimes, lighter (not higher) sometimes. Anyway I think it's pretty obvious that I like men and I love my voice for not keeping the boys guessing about my sexuality.
