That is... unusual. Unless a) he's in Panama City, Florida, not Panama the country, b) Somehow they let him leave which seems unlikely or c) he left the country without permission of the court, which means when he returns his bail will promptly be revokedT.

he is/ was in Panama the country.... the girl next to him is a reporter her and a friend of mine, also is not the first time he stays in nitro city.. after his concert last year he went there and loved it... if you follow her on IG @rosetabordanea she uploaded a couple of vids of him doing wakeboard, motocross and whatnot...
...or I was there? I don't know my country that well
