I'm not saying Britney is an urban/r&b artist, I'm just saying TTB is an urban single, which it is. It's definitely more than "slightly" an urban single. If Rihanna were on the track or Beyonce, it would definitely be considered an urban song.
And Britney has been played on urban radio before. Multiple times. Slave 4 U being the most notable but I've also heard Circus and TTWE FF remix on multiple urban stations.
Geesh, I'm not saying everyone start calling her the Queen of R&B... I'm just saying to release the song to Urban radio because I think it would do extremely well there.

If this was a Beyoncé song, it would be considered EDM.
Britney has never made the Top 50 on Urban radio. This song has no chance at all on the format. Maybe you're confusing Urban radio with Rhythmic radio? They do play more Pop-oriented music. Tik Tik Boom could do well on Rhythmic if people like it.
