This is the second time in the past hour that you've used the term "scotch free" in a meltdown.
I feel like I should inform you that you've either a) discovered an unknown source of free scotch, or b) been misinformed as to what the phrase actually is.

Out of the 4 people who quoted that post and laughed at it, 3 of them (including yourself) were warned. I guess someone ought to go report the 4th and get it over with.
