uh, no She's definitely improved with each album. Metamorphosis was cute, but Hilary Duff was a lot stronger lyrically and musically. Most Wanted was good too, and Dignity is just a masterpiece. I was blown away when I first heard that.
I can't wait to hear her new album, it sounds like it will be amazing. She's already halfway done! It should be done by late spring!
