I think it's that she tries/had surgery to look younger.

Cher looks amazing for her age and Tina (as far as I know) has never tried to look younger than she is.

Anyway, I think it's because of her music. She still makes dance music and apparently only young people are allowed to make dance music. Plus she doesn't shy away from showing her body. She's still overtly sexual and I guess that makes ageist uncomfortable, for some reason...
