I don't know, probably "Rolling in the Deep", although "Someone Like You" kind of paved the way for the pop girls releasing piano ballads as singles. And "Skyfall" was just... I mean, it was a Bond theme, obviously, but very few major artists release songs like that as singles. But overall, probably "Rolling in the Deep".
