I would think no... but my friends' mom had her phone always ringing with weird whispering on the other end, always at night. When she took the battery out completely the phone would still ring Some other weird stuff happened, I don't remember what so she ended up calling a priest to bless the house, I remember I was at their house when the priest came. I think the phone calls stopped after that.

No but my laptop is an asshole. Sometimes when I open my browser it opens every new window I opened the day before and I have to manually close 40 windows.

Well 16 million email accounts have been hacked in Germany, this might be the reason behind it

I watch a ton of paranormal shows for fun, and I've never heard of one incident where someone claimed a ghost touched, let alone use, a computer.

If the power source was unplugged and it was still on, then that's another story.
