I think the OP's wording was a bit off, but I see what he's saying. All of the performers listed were good vocalists and great/superb performers (dancers)..Beyonce on the other hand is one of the first of her "kind". We have never (in contemporary pop music) seen ANYONE (not MJ, PRINCE, MADONNA, TINA, JAMES BROWN etc) dance/perform with high-level energy WHILE simultaneously showcasing Beyonce's level of technical supremacy (vocally), vocal control, and overall virtuosity..in terms of vocalism.
Beyonce is the FIRST top tier vocalist (not singer) but VOCALIST, that exhibits the performing/dancing ability of more notable stage entertainers..in this aspect, she really is the best of all time!

They spent the whole thread saying "can he do it in heels?" everytime someone said MJ, so i doubt they will agree. Apparently if you dont wear heels you cant dance better than Beyoncé

I have seen some extremely delusional stan, but the hive take the cake. what pink have done with try performance alone is far greater than anything beyonce have done in her career, not alone pink other performances. Beyoncé is one of the best singers in mainstream music, but her dancing is at best mediocre, there is absolutely nothing challenging about her choreography. I can't at y'all pretending her 7 second synch average singing and well below mediocre singing in single ladies is better than some peoples of the people post previously in this thread. I can't at y'all changing the circumstance to fill what you want, many member have post people who far better at synch singing and dancing than Beyoncé and you guys manage to say no because beyonce is better singer( a little bit) than them , she is better singer by a small margin, while they can sing circle(X10) around Beyoncé. I pity you guys for using Michael at his worst to Beyoncé at her best to conclude she better, when Michael sing and dance better ( synch of course) than Beyoncé. Michael in his prime completely annihilated Beyoncé. to finish Michael is far better than Beyoncé because he could sing ( early 90's and prior) and dance( a million time better than Beyoncé) in almost perfect synch of dancing and singing. Usher is also far better than Beyoncé in that department ( dancing and singing especially at the same time, cause usher can do hard choreography and still deliver good vocal), and even JT in his prime is far better than her. if y'all disagree please post a video of her doing serious choreography and singing above average aat the same time for more than 30 second, I'll wait ( y'all better not post a choreography an average person with a little training can do in an instant or i can do).if not please have a sit.

But I am just going to answer: no, Beyonce is not he best singer/dancer of all time.
Two of some of the greatest singer/dancers of all time are James Brown or Michael Jackson. They slay Beyonce in both of these departments.

You guys seriously need to take a bunch of seats and realize that Beyonce is a great entertainer but nowhere close to "the best" category.
These, more or less. Tina is the only one who was in the same league as far as delivering a top notch live vocal WITH the dancing. A handful of the names being thrown around lipped (not even sang over a backing track) a good chunk of their most famous performances. Michael was a good-not-great vocalist and an exceptional dancer/innovator. I'm not as familiar with James Brown (obviously seen vids of his before, but I don't know him like the back of my hand like Bey, Tina etc) so I'll hold off on placing him for the time being while I re-educate myself

True. The four you listed are generally good-not-great vocalists. Solid, great voices, but not quite virtuosic in terms of technical execution and so on.
And regarding your second paragraph I more or less agree, put simply she's the best vocalist of any "all-round" performer basically. Anyone who can empirically be considered as "≥ Beyonce" if we were to make a list of the best vocalists in popular music based on vocal pedagogy (ie: Whitney, Mariah, Barbra, Aretha) are those that simply stand in front of a mic and sing. There is no "entertainer/performer" who would objectively rank ahead of her.
Exactly. I think what makes Bey unique and what gives her an edge in her legacy is that she truly is the first to really straddle the line that's always seemed to exist between the hardcore performers/entertainers and the straight up vocalists. She's the only one that can be named in either grouping as a representative of the best of her generation or in comparison to the previous legends from either the entertainers or the vocalists pools and not sound ridiculously out of place.
