I've lucid dreamt so many times. It's so much fun if it's a pleasurable (

) or a cool dream, but it's horrifying if it's a nightmare--and I've had lucid dreamt in both cases. I haven't done the supposed method to lucid dream, though; it just happens by chance maybe once every few months.
ETA: But only once did I have the sleep paralysis
and the lucid dreaming combo in a nightmare

I was in a labryinth-like mansion at night..pitch-black..and all I knew that there was a man after me in the house with a knife, but I didn't know where he was.

I woke up tearing up and sweating my balls off because it really took a lot of effort to wake up from that horrid nightmare.
