Get a jean jacket, cut the sleeves off and bam. Too make patches, use old shirts with cool designs, or if you want a specific one, like the paramore one on mine. I used districtlines.com made the t shirt custom in an XL, then cut it out in the square.
You can do that for stuff if you want, or if the band/artist makes patches already, just order them, they're usually super cheap. The Five Iron Frenzy patch with shipping was $3.50
