The kleptomania storyline was supposed to show that Hank was kinda like Skyler in the sense that even though Marie is doing something illegal he doesn't turn her in because of loyalty to the family.
It wasn't portrayed very well.
Not really considering she went to the police several times.
My fave character was Jesse's girlfriend (not the maid, the one that died)
I almost stopped watching the show after i was convinced she wasnt somehow coming back
