I don't think there has ever been a vocalist that can sing at her technical level and can also perform at her level as well.

You're doing a bit much getting into all time bests and things of that nature, but I definitely think Bey's particular skill set is extremely unique. You don't see vocalists as good as her performing the way that she does. It's typically either/or -- really strong vocalist like Whitney and Mariah or decent-good singer/amazing performer/dancer like Janet and Madonna.

All.of.this. Beyonce sings better than singers who just stand there and sing, so for her to be able to perform and dance the way she does just puts her way over the edge IMO. Definitely one of the most talented female acts of all time.
