If he needed to make money to help out his mother why not go find a job at a store or a restaurant like most students? That's what they are going to ask him in court. That's the part I don't understand. I do think he deserves to graduate since he is a senior but he should have known better. Doing **** in high school in this digital age we live in, you're going to get caught.
I dont see what the big deal is. Hell when i was at boarding school one of my councilors was an ex alcoholic stripper and they let that heffa give us advice on life (which in hind sight was very ironic )

He most likely need a large sum of money quickly that what we would consider a regular job wouldn't be able to give him

but was she dancing while she was counseling you? She probably had to cut all that out before they gave her the job, right?

Probably because no other job paid thousands of dollars for a few hours of his time.
Every school across the country has those examples you listed. However, not every school has an 18 year old Sean Cody model doing barebacking videos that anyone can find with a quick 1 second google search.
The school is wrong for suspending him for that long and not allowing him to get his diploma. There are many other positive ways they could have handled the situation, but in turn he should have also thought about the impact of becoming a p0rn star would have in his social, school, and professional life.
I hope that he is able to transfer to a new school and get his diploma elsewhere.

Fair enough. He should be able to graduate. I'm just a bit at his decision making skills
He doesn't deserve this
I read some of the reddit posts and the school made it seem as though he were filming on the campus that caused the "public disturbance". He should not be suspended; its the students that were bullying him that should be punished.
