Not sure, really... bey's vocie only keeps getting bigger and better. Celine's range was impressive, but she's had a horrible emotionless boring annoying voice. I prefer bey's by far, but who's better vocalist is hard to answer, but i give an edge to bye.

Beyoncé rarely lip syncs, but I would expect a performer who sings and dances to lip synch before I would expect a artist who just stands there and does nothing besides sing, to lip synch at all.

Celine had already been a part of the vocal trinity even before MHWGO happened. She already had big hit ballads prior to MHWGO like Beauty and the Beast, The Power of Love, Think Twice, To Love You More and most of the singles in Falling into You - Because You Love Me, It's All Coming Back To Me Now, To Love You More, and All By Myself.
