An "ideal" family could be a nuclear family with a heterosexual marriage & 2.5 children with a white picket fence & golden retriever, but this is not the same as "family values". If you had the idea that mixed-race/same-sex relationships can't exist in a functional family unit, you might be considered to have bigoted/racist/homophobic views... but from what you're saying it doesn't sound to me like that's what you mean, so no. It's not wrong to think what you think.
IMO the ideal family should consist of love and support.
A mother fills a different role that a father can't do and vice versa. You can't compensate that in any way.
Again, this is just my opnion. And I am not homophobe.
How does a mother fill a different role?
Why couldn't say a total queen man fill the same role? Why does a mother have to conform to societies gender roles that would make them different from the dad? is that difference a good thing?
It's obvious what he's implying. He has a right to his opinion -- I just wish it wasn't a bad, offensive, dated one. It's 2014, and slick, subtle comments like this are childish... Dressing his comment up respectfully doesn't make it any less vile.
The reason there's a PROBLEM with Liam having "traditional family values" is because he TWEETED this to the guy who was just in MAJOR trouble for his anti-gay comments.
How is this so hard to understand? There's a difference between believing in "traditional values" & openly tweeting in support of a guy who said that gays are basically going to hell.
so you dont support the equality of gay people and straight people. other humans having the same rights as you is not important
good day sir/maam
This is my problem with the majority of gay community, you never respect other peoples opinion.FYI I'm not under any obligation to support the gay community. As long as I'm not acting as a stumbling block to them achieving their goals and I don't spread hate,I'm good.
