I feel like all of those albums don't really deserve a Grammy nominee, compared to other significant works such as 'Yeezus', 'Paradise', 'Pure Heroine', 'Unorthodox Jukebox', 'Nothing Was The Same'.
Who voted Kendrick?!! I bet those who voted a) didn't even know it was by him b) never heard any song from it at all. Just because he ain't a pop girl...
Red had both critical acclaim and commercial success, people voting for it are just pressed haters.
The Blessed Unrest, RAM and The Heist all are more undeserving than Red. My vote goes to the first one.
Or they think the other albums are all better and more deserving? Not liking something your fave does does not make someone pressed, no one cares about her that much.
