Unconditionally by a huge amount. The main reason it underperformed was that Roar was still a huge hit at the time and Dark Horse was getting attention. And Who You Love was getting a music video. Radio couldn't play all 4 songs so they had to choose. DWUW on the other hand is a teen pop tribute to late 1990's boy bands.

EVERY MORNING i have to hear Unconditionally because this one girl on my bus has Down's Syndrome and can't seem to grasp that people don't like you using your speakers to play your music for the whole bus and she ****ing loves Uncle

it's really opened my eyes to just how awful it is. it has an insanely annoying in-your-face chorus (like Wrecking Ball which I also hate and which she also plays every morning) and is uninspired and grating

Do What U Want is the superior song.
Unconditionally is too clunky in the chorus.
