I hate doing cardio so much, but I try to at least do 20-30 minutes of cardio then 45 min of weights 4-5 days out of the week. Also, I diet; no fast food more than once a week, 1500 calories a day (this is so hard for me to reach but I drink protein shakes after my workouts to help), and eating lean meats, vegetables, and fruits. I don't want to be bodybuilder massive, just in shape.
