What does JoJo sound like these days? If she's gotten better, or stayed the same, then I'll have to go with her. She's less shouty than Demi (although I love Demi).
JoJo is the better singer.... it's not even up for debate

Demi tends to have a lot of problems staying on key. Jojo has a lot of control and fluidity to her voice. It appears effortless. While I enjoy Demi, she is not nearly as good as Jojo. Demi could be miles better than she is with some work though.
