Cocmast guy just left my house from upgrading my cable

when i turned my tv on HBO, STARZ,ENCORE,CINEMAX,Hallmark movie channel
and many more were added for free

my bill is still the same price (i called ) (i didnt mention he added free channels by accident)


What should i do? should i be quiet and not mention anything?
Has anyone here got free channels by accident?

it comes automatically. I have it too. You get it free for 6 months I think, and then they charge you $20 or something a month till you phone in to cancel it.

I cant get Hbo with my plan

I have Digital Economy, (it says you can not get Hbo unless u have the next tier)
Also all of my boxes in my house have HBO lol as well as NFL network
and NBA tv

I wouldn't say anything. This happened to me before, but with Time Warner Cable a few years back. We had all of the premium channels for a couple of months. It was probably a 3 month promotion they were running. Many companies run it for new members, though I'm not sure why it was added now and not before?

This happened to me. I wouldn't say anything. It's not your fault. If they find out, you can be punished for their mistake. The worst they'll do is just fix the situation. They can't charge you for it either.

They probably did it on purpose. As TikiMiss said, it's probably just a promotion that they'll end up charging you for when it ends. I have Comcast right now. I should check to see if I get the channels for free.

Also, Comcast is trash. Especially their security systems. GARBAGE.
