The only problem is that Fergie isn't Beyonce 2.0, Beyonce only had 3 top 5 hits from B'Day, one moderate single, and a failure. Fergie keeps going because there's no signs of having a failed single, she could release anything right now and radio would play it.
I don't get it. She's not forcing you to buy the album again. She has an album full of potential hits and she feels like spreading the word about them by promoting them. She's not afraid to promote every single song on the album because she's quite sure of the QUALITY - which is something that lacks in most of the albums that get re-released. And if you already own the album then you have the option to IGNORE the release and download the extra tracks off Zshare. There's absolutely no reason to bitch about this as long as we're talking about one of the best albums in the past few years. She's not going to slap you if you didn't buy the album. She's offering a product and you have the choice not to buy it. There are still 296 Million people who didn't buy "The Dutchess" in the U.S. alone yet.
^Thankyou! Finally someone agrees with me. I've loved every single one of Fergie's singles, yet still haven't gotten around to buying the album, and I'm excited that now I will get the chance to buy a special edition!
You guys bitch way too much about how many singles an artist releases. I don't mind her doing this at all, especially if it brings another great video like Clumsy.
Fergie has had nothing but (at least) top 20 hits. If I were her + the label, I'd likely be tossing out almost everything off the Dutchess. (Same idea to Beyonce and Kelly Clarkson)
