I have lately. been trying to lose weight, and so far have gone from 192 to 188, and plan to go down more. i either use the treadmil or go for a walk. I always listening to music when i exercise
Dancing helps, it's the only real cardio I've been getting lately because jogging in the cold sucks.
My personal routine includes:
3 sets of 15 curls (35 lbs weights), push ups (I try to do 4 sets of 40 a day) and 100 crunches a day. Sometimes I'll do this 5 minute youtube ab workout too.
I try to do 50 squats with a 15 pound weight twice a week. (2 sets of 25), I suggest you not over-squt because you WILL be very sore.
As for my diet:
I gave up on sodas, cheap microwavable things, and junk food. Even though I try to reward myself with at least 1 glutenous day a week. Today is one of those days lol
That being said, I've been on this routine since October and I feel better than ever!
