Well, if you're gonna consider using Victreebell you may as well use Venusaur instead tbh. He was a beast last Gen under Sun.
And as I said lol, Dugtrio (Focus Sash; EQ / Sucker Punch / Stealth Rock / Stone Edge) paired with a U-Turn/Volt Switch user for easy momentum and that attracts Heatran and Tyranitar. You can use Rotom-H, Scizor, Jirachi, Azelf, etc.
So now you have like 4 Pokemon already. You need something to soak up Fire moves that threaten Volca and Venu, a Defog user and an insurance to your Sun-setting.
Lati@s is a good option because it does 2/3 of those. Latias fits better this Gen because the metagame is kinda bulky and she's bulkier than Latios, but both can work tbh.
Latias @ Life Orb
EV's: 112 HP / 180 Sp. Atk / 216 Spd
Nature: Timid
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
- Defog
You can mix things up here. If you don't want HW, you can use another coverage move like Surf (might be counter-productive with Sun though), HP Fire or Thunderbolt. You could change DM to that too. You could fit Roost if you want, but you'll probably miss out on the coverage too much to be worth it.
If this is in-game it might be a bit tricky if not downright impossible to get though, so you can use Mandibuzz as a Defogger. Just go Max Hp and Max Def with her (Foul Play / Defog / Roost / Taunt or Whirlwind).
For the last Poke, simply use a Sunny Day user that fits well with the others (i.e not Ninetales or any other Fire-types really).
You can practice on ShowDown to see how the team is going and how can you modify it to make it better and only then start breeding. I'm sorry if I wasn't that helpful, I'm not very experienced on making Sun teams lol. Good luck!
