I'll say yes. I think it more scrutinized when a guy carries the title than a girl. I think that is unfair. I do believe that sometimes one is dominant over the other. I don't consider myself bisexual, I just have lesbian sexual fantasies sometimes. But my heterosexuality is more dominant in my thoughts. So there are cases where bisexual men have heterosexual and homosexual desires in equal proportions. I don't think it is impossible.

The poll is kind of poking fun at gay men who say they are bisexual, but what about women? Would you say a woman who claims bisexual is actually a lesbian?

Some times gays use it as a cover to make the blow of liking men less harsh.

When a female celebrity (specially singers) claim to be bisexual ...they are lauded and it is considered some what HOT ...But if a male celebrity come out as bisexual the world goes crazy and tags him 'in the closet' gay

Many gay men say they are bi either before coming out as gay or just coz they feel like it's better than being gay.

Women probably also do the same and ofc there are women that claim to be bi because men like that or just cause they kissed a girl once.

Then ofc people often tell their parents they are bi because parents seem to accept that more than having gay kids (i guess coz of grandchildren)

However bisexuals are real, I have dated bi guys in the past and they were definitely bi.
