Shaved botak - means completely shaven, I think - as in completely bald headed. It seems to be a filipino word, which is quite odd given the other vocabulary in the text.

Yes botak means completely bald. I think it's either Filipino or Indonesian/Melayu word, and the person that posted the status seems like someone from Southeast Asia so it's understandable.

Same thing happened a few years ago here in an amusement park. They kidnapped the kid and cut her hair so she looked like a boy. Forunately she was found as well.
