I would say it's Beyonce by far because Celine has terrible vocal placement that stymies her from achieving optimum resonance and proper/assured belts. And her high larynx doesn't help either.

It's Beyonce, she has much more resonance and her technique is 100x better, she has support in all registers. Celine, although still having a beautiful tone, lacks resonance and proper placement, especially when belting above D5.
