He may be an idiot but he knows how to not get arrested. He's an admitted drug user so why would his drug test come back clean? Using someone else's pee.

It's so much more than just the egg throwing. Justin has been a menace to society for quite awhile now. He has broken the law several times before, too.
Neighbors have been complaining about Justin speeding in the neighborhood as well. Also, this isn't the first time he has had problems with that neighbor. The guy also claims Justin spit in his face.

Doubt it was even just for that, the way they went in made it seem like they were trying to pin Justin in on something harder then this. Even Justin just having drugs out in broad daylight in the middle of his house seems weird. I mean is he really that stupid ?

I want to know where these Beliebers heard Justin took a drug test because that doesn't sound right. First, they rarely if ever give a drug test in a home where Justin was detained at when the police came. It's done in a facility where they can monitor you to make sure you don't tamper with the test. Second, the law doesn't require you to take an actual drug test unless you're on probation or your taking a breathalyzer for drinking. I need a solid source to believe that they gave a drug test in the home not a bunch of hearsay.
