Miley has more charisma, likability, edginess, is a much smarter business woman and isn't afraid to push the envelope. Demi and Selena keep trying to be Disney/Adult friendly at the same time (a technique Miley already used and abused in her Hannah days) & nobody cares for that anymore.
also lol at the "it's just because she was Hannah Montana!!!" responses. Miley's sold more albums than Hannah, more singles than Hannah, more tickets than Hannah and etc. People were/are interested in her beyond the TV show which is why she's always stayed miles ahead of her inferior peers.
